Terms of service
▶ GENERAL:
If you want someone else to make edits to the artwork after the fact (such as live-2D animation), please let me know beforehand
I have the right to refuse requests if needed─────────────────▶ PAYMENTS & REFUNDS:
Full payment is requested after the first sketch (with revisions allowed)
After second coloured sketch is approved, refunds will not be allowed (unless the artwork cannot be finished)─────────────────▶ REVISIONS:
Any requested revisions for the first and second sketches are free but limited. Any changes (other than errors on my part) after that point will cost extra
I have the right to refuse a revision if it's outside of my abilities
First WIP: Composition and pose. Up to five change requests are allowed. Once the sketch is approved, the composition/pose are final
Second WIP: Details and colour palette (and if animated, the frames' rough draft). Up to three change requests are allowed. After the sketch is approved everything is final and no other changes can be made unless paid for (which will depend on what's being requested).
The amount of WIPs sent may vary depending on the amount of detail in the artwork. (For simpler styles like chibis or the pastel pin-ups, it's likely only one WIP with colour will be sent)─────────────────▶ DEADLINES AND DELIVERY:
Deadlines are permitted as long as they are within reasonable timespans. Requests with rushed deadlines will either cost extra or may be refused depending on my schedule.
Please note that the delivery times on each service are not always going to be exact. Regardless, I will let you know ahead of time if a commission ends up taking longer than expected.─────────────────▶ USE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS:
I own the copyright to all commissioned artworks, and when the artwork is used publicly in any form credit is required.
I have the right to post or stream myself working on the commission unless otherwise requested. (However, I can with-hold on posting if requested)
